
Mindfulness can have a significant impact on our mental and physical health. Learning to pause, and ‘be’ with whatever we are feeling: our thoughts and emotions, as well as sensations in our bodies, can be difficult. It takes practice, but it is worth it. Meditating is a path towards uniting body and mind, and can help calm our nervous system, aid rest and relaxation, and bring us inner peace.
